Hi everyone, There was a good post on camera suggestions, and David is working on camera improvements over the coming weeks. So I'm pinning a topic here where everyone can offer their thoughts on how camera control should be improved. Have at it. Thanks in advance for your feedback. Best! Matt

hmmm.... their should be an option to toggle the camera from looking sideways when you turn sideways. (ex, when it's on, the camera will turn as you turn, but when it's off, you have to move the camera with the mouse.)

I know this might sound a little vague... but. The first-person controls are terrible. Walking in straight line, you get the camera jittering up and down like crazy. Turning just a little bit is just about impossible. Whenever i attempt to turn, i only ever get a 90 degree and up turn when in First-person. Someone suggested i try to change the cameralerp(Name? Its something close to that if not) in my settings, to get a better first person. While, it does make you camera not nearly as jittery, it tends to stray far away from your character. So, you can only see your gun like a FPS, but you camera is far away enough to be a third-person cam... Im not quite sure what would make that better. But, i figured i would just give you a heads up about that... Or if not a heads up, my opinion. Koopa

I got two sugestions here: Camera stick. Enable a function to keep the camera's relative position with the Humanoid's head. No more of this camera trailing behind you on trams or planes! CameraCollide. Have this a property of Part objects, so that the camera will look through any brick, even if it's between the camera and the humanoid. No more of these sudden camera zooms when walking through invisible CanCollide-False bricks! Please consider these two. >Pilot<

No. Make the camera's relative position with the head unmovable, UNLESS the camera position is changed by the mouse.

Pilot: Change your cameraLerp to 1. It's usually at 0.9. It looks kind of weird, though. Suggestion: cameraLerp should be set to 1 when the player is moving at a high speed. Then a true/false that lets you choose whether you want that to happen or not. Suggestion: Either a True/false or a value that changes the character's dependancy on the camera. Ex: the player holds the up key, then turns the camera, and his character turns with it. Then the player makes the character dependancy false (or lowers the value), and his character will no longer turn with the camera (or his character will turn less with the camera). Then, much like the other suggestion, the dependancy will adjust correctly if the player zooms in, enabling better FPS. ?-Anaminus-?

can there be a selection where you can see out of your charactor's eyes. even though 3rd person view is helpful, i'd like to use 1st person veiw with out my char taking up the entire camera.
