--Real games & Official games & some follow-up rules:
Real games will consist of 10 minutes each quarter. Their will be 4 quarters, and official games. Will consists of 12 minutes each quarter, the difference between real and official games are. Official games are games which take place in "RNBOOFFICARENA", games such as; all-star,play-offs, semi-finals,finals. On rare occasions will real games be played at "RNBOOFFICALARENA".

If you're wondering about courts, it's that we make courts for YOU. You don't have to worry about making anything, and when you play "real games" you will pick a home or away court to play at. Once that is done, just send the results in to B.O.D's or the commissioner. You're only expected to practice in you're places and do you're seasonal games their.

--Tool(s):
=The DIVE tool is only permitted to use, when the ball is going oob "a.k.a ; out of bounds". DO NOT use the dive tool when someones going for a layup or when the ball is in the middle and it's a free for all; Tech's will be given, 2 shot's at most.
=The Block tool, is used when playing defense to hence the word "block" the offensive. DO NOT use the block tool when playing YOU'RE playing offense.
[Referee Tools]
The only tool that is given to referee's is the "whistle tool", if that official has anything else besides that please make sure it's off the court and/or he doesn't use it while the game is going on.

--Teams:
You should have AT-LEAST, 8 people on a team. The max in RNBO, is 12. More then 12, you will be asked to remove/kick some players. After the DRAFT DAY, their will be a signing period for those that have not been drafted.
RNBO; B.O.D/Comissiner(s) ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEM THAT OCCURS IN YOU'RE TEAM. IF A PLAYER DECIDES TO QUIT, HE QUITS. THIS PROBLEM DOES AND CANNOT BE BRANG UP TO US. WE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.
