When i was trying to trade my tix into robux,all my tix dissapears without giving me any robux! (yeah it wasn't on limit order) it was on market order! but still i don't have any money left! what should i do? ROBLOX obey me 1.362 tix! |

"Your money will be held for safe-keeping until either the trade executes or you cancel your position."
Your money will be taken away instantly. Either cancel it, or wait for the transaction to be completed. |

The only answer I can give would be to contact [email protected] about this.
This often times happens when the tix to robux ratio is unsteadily & repeatedly fluctuating (changing). |
