So, the main weapon for my game will be sword. Should they all lock the player in first person or should there be a options menu? Simple question. Please explain why you chose the response you chose.

Hm... I like First-person more. It makes the game have quite a few benefits. First off, it allows the player, assuming they have a half decent computer, to work on their real-life reflexes. Also, it allows the game to become more challenging and, assuming it has any gun at all, F-P prevents "Wall shooting", which most players hate to have used on them but love to use it on others.

First person always gets you lag killed, but 3'rd person creates lag. Either way but i would perver 3'rd person.

FP -> reduces lag. For me, at least.

Unfortunately Roblox melee is ugly in first person, so if it's melee-based, go third person. However guns and ranged weapons look great in first person, so if it's ranged-based go first person. Although just having it optional would probably be the best bet.

I prefer melee in FP as well. Because if you use it in a certain way, then it can help improve your irl reflexes. >.>
