I can't upload a certain picture for no reason- help?

So i have a few mario-themed decals uploaded, and they work perfectly, including a mario head made of bricks. but then when i upload a different version of the mario head (actual pixels, not bricks), it never gets uploaded. the icon becomes an X and i can't use it. I'm not even remotely sure why it's not uploading properly. it can't be because of inappropriate images, because there's nothing that could possibly be inappropriate. It also can't be from copyright infringement or otherwise, because i uploaded several similarly infringing decals. i've checked the file types, size, etc. and i just can't figure it out. Is there genuinley a problem, or is one of the image moderators trolling me? :l

The large amount of red on his hat may have tripped the "Blood and Gore" sensor. Did you get this image from a different source than the other ones?

@Wehttam664 Blood and gore sensor? I wasn't aware there was such a thing. most images are moderated by people. Other decals have had far more red in them and not get deleted, so this seems unlikely.
