Hey guys!Quicksivler52170 here!Today i have a NEW suggestion,called the Public chat room(t).I Think roblox should add a public chat room to roblox so that all users can talk to each other,not just by using chat or party chat.With the public chat room you can choose who you want to join your chat if its friends only chat.It doesnt have a limit like party chat only has 8 user limit to the chat.If you just wanna do public chat,you can go to the public section of the chat room.The chat room should also have different "rooms"Like roleplay,public chat,Gamechat,Story chat,or off topic chat.You can even create your OWN chat room.It will have a chat room address,Which you have to enter to get into the chatroom.This kind of chatroom will be under the Connect to chat room section.If you are the OWNER of the chatroom you can invite people by PMs,the default message will say,"Hello!Would you like to join my chat room?Here is the Address![Server address here]And they can copy and paste it onto the connect to chat room section,and it will get saved into Chat rooms ive visited page.Also if you are the owner you can give people different ranks,like Guest,member,or admin.Kind of like personal servers.A Guest is a person you invited that ISNT on your friends list.If a person is a Member,they have been invited and they are on your friends list.Members can Only send player to player messages.An admin is a person who you invited,that is on your friends list but you ranked up to admin,or a person you invited thats on your BEST FRIENDS list.Admins can have almost the same Privlages as the owner.He can invite people to the chat,Kick/ban people,and mute People.Muting is where you click their name,and click mute player.So that way they cannot send chat messages.Admins can also choose wether to UNMUTE them or not.He can also rank guests up to members and admns and members up to admins.He can also Derank people.Now for the owner.The owner can do all th privlages on the chat,Which are Kick/ban/Permaban/Mute,Invite members,Rank up,Derank,Chat shouts,and Shut down.
The chat Room should be for ppl with accounts 13+.
