Well It depends on what lag you are experiencing...
For instance it may be a computer lag that means something might be wrong with your computer or laptop
it might be a brick lag meaning there are to many bricks for your computer to handle
Or it could be a script lag meaning there is something wrong with the script on the game your playing
To prevent these you can either:
Fix any problems with your computer
Try to play games with less than 10,000 bricks
Have an anti lag script in your game
