ok..specific instructions:
1.Press start.
2.Find Roblox Studio
3.Go to my ROBLOX.
4.Click on the place.
5.Click edit mode
6.Click Insert at the top left.
7.Go to My models/Free models.
8.Find the tool you want.
9.Click it.
10.Most likely, it will already be in the starterpack.
11.If not, go to explorer(the right of the screen, if its not there, go to view, then click explorer).
12.Find the tool, drag it into Starterpack(if starterpack isnt there, click workspace at the top of Explorer, then click insert at the VERY top(with file, edit, and view, then click service, and insert starterpack(i think)).
