Hello from Illinois He means DC because of museums. I google Earthed a starbucks in DC too. There was a man with a laptop in there. That is all anyone does in Starbucks. Drink Coffee, type documents, then when they are done, they shout: "IM done! Large cappichino please, extra cream on the top.
