Of course it is under Denmark Sovereignty, but it does have its own independence in a way, just like China and Hong-Kong, or Great Britain and Canada or Ireland back in the day.

It's not recognized as an independent country.

Or how about something more domestic, Puerto Rico, Territory of the United States, but acts and functions as if it where and independent country, yet it isnt. The term country is relative. It isnt Black and White. Its all based on perspective.

Hahaha. The Vatican is really small, and for it to have that many people, it has got to be very crowded.

How about Greenland? only 56 thousand people for such a large island. --- Most of it is made of ice, and it's not one large island island. It's made of many.

@Ae I looked at a map of the above sea level land of Greenland. As it turns out it is one island, with a huge hole in the center area of the island, which is below sea level.

"Greenland is not a country. Hong Kong is not a country. Puerto Rico is not a country." We've already had this debate before and I proved you wrong. A country does not have to be sovereign to be a country.

Yes it does, or else it's not recognized as an independent country.
