I don't know at all how to do this, lol
It's possible though. I've looked at the code for the hat notifier and it's not that complicated.
If anybody knows how to do this stuff, you would be epic.
You could download the extension and type in the IDs of all your groups, and whenever a new shout came up, it would appear on your screen with a link to the group page.
