Place stealing. It has gone way too far.
What I think is that if two places are within 90% similarity of each other, ROBLOX would check the models, if a model with 90% similarity is in THE ORIGINAL CREATOR'S MODELS, ROBLOX would do nothing. Otherwise, ROBLOX would check the place log files, and the one that was changed to that place first wouldn't be changed.
BUT, the other one would be immediately deleted, with the copier being perma-banned.
And, since this can be considered real hacking, ROBLOX can fine the copier an amount they decide. |

This is not fully thought out nor is it a solid version. This idea is near impossible.
So let us say that I make an empty baseplate and put in some free model of a house. Is that not already 100% simularity because there is only one model?
Your idea does not even revolve around how models are positioned; what you are saying is that just because I put a simular model in, I am going to get my place deleted.
And not to mention the loop holes with this idea. You can ungroup models. Now are you going to get people banned for using the same type of bricks? That would make it so that everyone who has a normal baseplate or a normal house place to get banned or their place deleted? And if that regular place is deleted and made into a regular baseplate or a regular house, then it will just start over again. This idea contradicts itself now. |
