i understand they need money, but they are just being jerks
the cards are complete rip-offs. the option to buy 1 month of membership only exists for normal bc (and i think it's $10 for 1 month...). so if you buy a $20 card, the best type of BC you can get with it is normal BC and the most you can get is 2 months of it, yet if you used a credit card you could get any type of BC for at least 1 month.
you can buy any type of bc for all the other durations. so basically if you want to get TBC or OBC without using a credit card you need at least $45 worth of game cards. and if you actually want to get a fair deal with normal BC, you need $30 worth of cards.
as of right now, ROBLOX cards are pretty much a scam. they don't have any reason to do this except to force kids to pay much more money than they actually need to. |

BC cards are not a scam.
If you buy a $10 card you'll only be able to purchase one month of regular BC.
Regular BC costs $6.
And you can still buy TBC/OBC with gamecards. |

just saying, if you buy roblox cards then they overprice one month of bc and don't give you any other option unless you have over $30 of roblox cards
the kids that don't/can't use a credit card probably care. i wouldn't want to have to pay much more than i need to for bc/tbc/obc |

Solution: Buy bc for one month and pay the $6 right when you get it, a few days later cancel it. Bam you got a month of bc for only $6. Besides, it isn't a rip off. If you havn't noticed, you get a free gear with your purchase of a bc card. The gears are worth in us money, about $5. |

no, if you convert the r$ to u.s dollars then yeah it is a fair deal. but you don't do that. you can convert u.s dollars to r$, but you can't convert r$ to u.s dollars. a gear would be a few cents at most if you convert r$ to u.s dollars, and the price would only drop.

You haven't mentioned the free item that comes with the card. Thanks to Roblox's economy, a crystal sword would most likely be sold for about 1000 R$.

Your paying 10 dollars for the crystal sword and getting free BC.
If you don't want it for the sword, don't buy the card. Think of it more like buying R$ than it is buying BC, except for some reason, you get BC with it too! Thats a good deal, considering $6 = 1000 R$ and BC = $6, your getting a 16$ value for the price of 10$.
In my opinion, that is in no way a rip-off, its really a pretty good deal. |
