Welcome to The Grand Imperium, In this thread, you will learn how to properly carve a pathway for a successful Imperial Career. Please take the time to read these rules and regulations, if you have any questions, contact an officer, or the Emperor. The Grand Imperium is a Group that accepts those who display their skill and intelligence in the line of duty. Whether you are a ROBLOX veteran, or a newbie; this thread will teach you how to be accepted and survive in The Grand Imperium. We base our beliefs on Loyalty, courage, honor and strength. It is not hard to get in The Grand Imperium, but it will take effort to make a successful career for yourself. Chapter II: To Join. To join The Grand Imperium, you’ll simply click the “Join Group” button. No PM is needed. Please allow a short period of time to be accepted. Important note: Buy the Initiate uniform and wear it. When you are accepted into The Grand Imperium, you are placed at the rank of Initiate. To pass this rank, you must pass this obstacle course: Basic Training: http://www.roblox.com/The-Grand-Imperium-Basic-Training-place?id=66656285 Chapter IV: Starting your Imperial Career. The first step to beginning a successful imperial career would be getting accepted into the The Grand Imperium. The next step would be to pass the basic training course to be promoted to the rank of Guard. Act mature and respectful and you will do well. Act immature and disrespectful, your career will already be off to a rough start. By following these rules properly, and respecting authority, you will be setting up your future in the Imperium for success! Chapter V: Rules and Regulations The following rules are crafted to benefit not only the high command, but yourselves. By following these rules precisely, you will be seen as a potential candidate for the Grand Imperium. -Respect ALL high ranks. Address them as Ma’am or Sir. -Respect your peers. Be respectful, and treat others how YOU yourself would like to be treated. -NEVER exploit, regardless of situation. Exploiters will be punished severely. -Respect the environment. When at training or raiding/defending, be aware that you are ON DUTY. There are people trying to do their jobs. If you goof around and distract others, not only are you endangering yourself, you are endangering others as well. Be responsible and respectful. By showing respect while on duty, you are almost 100x more likely to be rewarded. -When on duty, wear your uniform. Wear the correct uniform for your rank. Members caught wearing incorrect uniforms will be punished severely. All uniforms are sold by The Emperor himself. -On duty means you are at a base defending, raiding, or at training. - Do not kill a fellow soldier in an act of rage or revenge. If a member kills you, report it to a HR. Get the person who attacked you in trouble. If you attack them back as revenge, you will both be punished. - Follow orders given by your superiors. Impressing them on how well you carry them out, could get you rewarded. - Report all foolish orders/treason and corruption to a high rank. If an Imperial soldier is using his or her rank to their advantage to either recruit for their own group or gives an unreasonable order/blackmails or even worse, takes a bribe, report it to a high rank with proof. -By reporting treason, you will be rewarded. -Attend trainings, raid and defend for promotions. -If another member breaks the rules and/or starts an argument, do NOT argue with them. Report it to a high rank, and they will deal with the problem. The rules are not to be argued over, they are to be adhered to. Getting in an argument with another puts you just as much at fault as he is. -When you are on duty be on your BEST behavior, when in our uniform you are representing: yourself, the group, and the people that trained you. Use your head, and make us proud. -Destroying Imperial property (tanks, cannons, vehicles, etc) is against the law. Doing so will result in punishment. Chapter VI: Additional Information/Role Play -The home planet of The Grand Imperium is named Arcadia. -Roleplay names are allowed. -The Emperor should be addressed as Sire/Emperor. -Lords are to be addressed to as Lord [Insertnamehere] -For more information on our backstory, you are welcome to read the Chronicles of Time, created by Lord CrakTheRaven. -The first Officer rank is Commissar. A centurion, however, is a Junior Officer, but not officially an officer.
