I had this problem aswell Go into your Local file C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local Locate, and delete the Roblox file in this directory. Then, in your browser, go to Roblox.com/Download and download roblox. If this doesnt work the first time, try restarting your computer after deleting the Roblox file in Local

Windows 8 is not the best for roblox. Windows vista is better though. This is happening to me too

I tried to play roblox TODAY, and it had to update. It took 3 hours before the update was half way through, and so I restarted my computer. It didn't work again even after restarting, so I uninstalled ROBLOX, and tried to download it again. Now it won't even download properly. ROBLOX please fix this!

when ever i try to play it comes up with a message that says "Roblox Crash: An unexpected error occurred and Roblox needs to quit. We're Sorry!" i try to go onto Internet Explorer andit doesnt even open! HELP PLEASE!!!

I am having the same problem it downloads the robloxplayerlauncher then i run it as administrator it go through the getting newest roblox then says please wait then it say checking files then opens roblox.com/games but it still has not downloaded anything. Can someone please help

Can someone help me i used to rob lox just fine and then 1 day it didn't work it said download so i did and then when i download it it said again download but i already did so i bought the app on apple store and i got that it worked but 8-20-15 now dosent work i don't know if it was the update or it was something i did cause now when i go to games the games don't show on there ;-;

Hey, I've tried installing Roblox about 72 times now and I am on the verge of frustrated tears. I uninstalled it after avast said there was a virus and it wouldn't load. I also uninstalled avast, now I am trying to re-install Roblox and it wont install no matter what I do.

ok so i have still got roblox but everytime i try to go on a game it says loading....starting roblox.... and then it comes up with the loading screen? my computer restarted yesterday and that could be the cause? i reallly need some help teigan xxx

Thats why mine doesnt work, I did that then tried re-installing, I got the RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe but whenever I try to open it, it opens briefly in the task manager but then suddenly closes with not apparent reason, I have tried trouble shooting it, downloading from different sources, Roblox Studio works fine but actual Roblox doesnt work. I trieds the troubleshooting in Compatability mode with Xp Service pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 8 and 7 (since I have Windows 10) and to no avail it does not work, I have sent countless messages to Roblox and still have no message back except for the initial Roblox support ticket. I'm currently thinking through the phase of re-installing my PC, this is ridiculous. Roblox is godamn lazy, Fox.
