If a player, makes a good idea that every play wants, should be voted on and if it has enogh votes, then it is sent MasterChiefAlpha or any corresponding moderator to look at it and review, look at the votes and then the pros and cons they can see if it can be made. If it passes review, then it will be created. Limit one vote for

Even when limiting one vote per player, it is still vulnerable to alternative account abuse.

Well I guess it would add even more work to a moderators job. If the votes were abused to bring up the supports, it could be a waste of time for a moderator to look over it.
