I go to open it and it claims it doesn't work on a 64 bit computer...
Help? Anyone please? I've tried uninstalling roblox and reinstalling, and it doesn't change. |

This is probally due to the hardware inside your computer.
What will Run ROBLOX or ROBLOX Studio-
32BIT intel or AMD processors
6BIT Intel or AMD processors

I already know for a fact mine is a 64-bit due to previous downloads, so.. |

Do you also happen to know which version of Windows you're running? (Start menu -> right click computer/my computer -> properties). |

Ok, this is getting pretty weird.
Here is some more information we could use to troubleshoot this issue -
1.) Click on Start -> All programs -> Roblox, then right click on Roblox Studio and select properties.
2.) In the Shortcut tab, please copy and paste everything inside of the "Target" box and post it here. (It should be something like C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Roblox\...)
3.) Don't close the tab yet, click "Open File Location" - this should take you to windows explorer.
4.) There should be two different things that you can see:
a.) You are looking at a folder with 2-4 folders named something like "version-[a bunch of random numbers and letters]", and a shortcut or two called RobloxStudioLauncher.
If this is the case, see if you can find the folder "version-f2062236d83f4317", and double click on it.
Inside this folder, try to run RobloxStudio.exe (not RobloxStudioLauncher.exe) and post if you get the same error message from windows.
If this folder doesn't exist, please post that as well.
b.) You are looking at a folder with a bunch of folders and a bunch of .dll files.
If this is the case, try to run RobloxStudio.exe (not RobloxStudioLauncher.exe) and post if you get the same error message from windows.

Okay, lets try this - in your browser, type in this address:
http://setup.roblox.com/RobloxStudioLauncher.exe
and press enter. Click run and okay any messages it asks of you.
This is the direct download of the studio launcher. Hopefully this doesn't cause the error message; please post what happens. |

rulerwizard - the question in this case was whether she was using [b]Internet Explorer[/b] 32 or 64 bit. Although, it's sort of moot since the 64 bit version doesn't properly download the installer at this time.
christianl46 - you'll have to be a bit more specific with your problem here. What exactly doesn't work? When you go to a place and click "build" in studio, what happens? |

when i click build the it opens up a diffrent tab and all i have is stamper tools but the studio does not apear but when i hit edit studio apears. |

Yes, the current version of Studio won't give you studio tools in build mode, however, the new version that we're beta testing will.

Click and drag to highlight the URL that I posted, then right click and select copy.
Left click the address bar of your browser, select everything, then right click and select paste.
