I was informed that the original subject could have me moderated. I would like to avoid that.

If a mod doesn't care, can you lock that for me? I made a bit of a subject blunder. I'd rather not have a moderation action taken against me for an old post that I am attempting to remedy. Though the decision is yours with what to do with it.
Now, out of the intro and onto the idea.
A video upon joining that players have to watch. (There will be no skip button or ability to fast-forward it, or any other)
This video will read off the PM new players get sent about the rules.
The rules will also be slightly explained in this video.
The video would swap (occasionally) between admin(s) reading off and explaining them, to short clips of players following the rule currently being discussed. To set an example.
It should also include somewhere near the end, something along the lines of "And remember; Off-site links to get you RoBux or Builders Club, do not work. Those sites are fake and could cause your account to be stolen."
What I hope to do with this idea, it stop people from losing their accounts because they fall for these cheap scams.
It would also ensure that players know the rules.
As is, your little PM for the rules is not working. I would say at least 50% of the new players simply archive it and move on.
As an added bonus; it may also slow down alternate accounts being made, thus making you have a more accurate # of players and not being spammed up with accounts that are never used.
