When I try to play ROBLOX on my Laptop, it says ROBLOX Crashed. If I try to play a game or open ROBLOX studio, ROBLOX will crash. What are ways to fix this?

mine does that but like 3 times a week not everytime

Hi, I may have the solution to your problem, hit the start icon>Control panel> Add or remove programs> find roblox player and/or roblox studio and hit remove on both of them. After you have done that, go here and re-install roblox: http://www.roblox.com/install/

If the above post doesn't help, you may have a few system errors and have to get a new operating system or re-format your pc.
