ROBLOX crashs whenever i join a game

ROBLOX wont stop crashing whenever i join a game, I tried to restart the computer and uninstalling ROBLOX by the Control Panel but nothing changed. I even tried to open the ROBLOX browser but they said "Navigation to the webpage was canceled". PLEASE could anyone help me on fixing this error? Thank you for reading and please reply.

How odd. I am a partial computer expert. You have the same standards as I do. I got Windows 7, nVidia, but I use a slower internet browser. Internet Explorer. Sry for more questions but this can be key factors. When is the last time you defragmented your hard drive? How strong is your internet connection. Internet Connection: If it's low, then this might be the issue. With low internet connection, your computer loses reception much more easily so your computer will tend to disconnect much more. Defragment: Defragment is when your computer takes cluttered files and organizes them. If you havn't done this for a long time, I recommend doing this. When your computer loads, it will check for files for ROBLOX but if they are cluttered, You computer will run slower trying to find the files, thus, making your computer crash.
