When I joined in 2008, the customer support was decent. I could email them and get a response fairly quickly. Now? You email them and MAYBE get a reply. Normally if you do get a reply, it's copy/pasted reply that they would give to anyone with a vaguely similar complaint. You can also try twitter, but even then, it's easy for them to ignore you. They don't take anything seriously and delete accounts that are worth hundreds of dollars at leisure. If you try to call with a complaint, you have to lie about your reason to be able to speak with a human being and once you do, you get reprimanded and told that as a user, you should not be calling the number. Which is nonsense. Issues would get resolved much faster that way. Besides that, they don't listen to their own customers. Example: Many of the superclans blacked out for a few days to try to get the attention of the moderators because they wanted something to be done about the ease with which people can hack roblox and exploit games. The moderators told them people would be working on it. That was months ago. People in the clan world have also been begging for group logs for a while, which would allow group owners to know who was demoting/promoting who because of the frequency of admin attacks. That was over a year ago. Still no group logs. ROBLOX, I'd suggest cleaning up your act. A lot of people have quit over the issues I've mentioned.

Also, the whole "What the moderator says is law. Don't oppose them. Or else" policy... It seems juvenile. The moderators, however educated and qualified they may be, are human, and therefore prone to error. I'm sorry if anyone gets offended by this. I'm merely pointing out issues I've noticed and how unprofessional some of them are.

@Jason Yes, but even people with dumb questions should have people waiting to patiently answer or redirect them elsewhere. Why? People with dumb questions are dumb or immature a lot of the time. Dumb, immature people tend to be prone to anger. Plus. they're members of the community and some of them have given money to ROBLOX. Also, while a lot of people have dumb questions, a lot of people also have legitimate questions and. It just seems to me that ROBLOX and its community would benefit from having fast, easily accessible, and courteous customer support. After all, as a corporation, ROBLOX should be striving to please its customers. We give them our time and money. The least they could do is have people ready to help us when we need it.

You expect stupid people and little kids to make logical decisions? Perhaps you should re-evaluate the way you look at things. :P Anyway, like I said. Some people have legitimate concerns. i.e. ---They got hacked ---All their limiteds are suddenly gone ---The account they used for years and invested tons of money in was deleted over a misunderstanding ---etc

ROBLOX has more players than in '08. And more people means more complaints. They can't get to everybody in a short amount of time.

Roblox is very terrible right now, the mods are being dumb and its a 1 in a million chance they ever respond to customer service. They claim their excuse is the help tab, but I dont think people really go on that alot
