2 New Messages! NOPE.

For the longest time I have had an issue where the top of the screen says I have 2 new messages, but when I click it, NOPE, no new messages (or any messages at all.) I tried to contact Erik.Cassel about the issue and got no response or resolution. I think that this error occurred when I saw that I had messages and went to My Roblox > Messages to check them instead of licking the thingy in the top right hand corner. I just want the bug fixed!

If you have unopend messages and you archive messages/Fr that you never opened they can still show up as new messages even though they are not in your inbox.

You do have 2 new messages. Look through out your inbox. Maybe you missed to check a message. It's clearly fixable. Many users have had this issue in the past, but that will resolve it.
