Allow some safe chatters to view online chat but not speak.

Okay. I'm not fully into this idea, but i'll say it. When making a account and under age. A normal safe chatting person will just not be able to hear what you said. I reckon once they beat the age of 10 then they're allowed to hear other Roblox players speak and get used to the enviroment. Also maybe reduce the exploiting because chatters can be heard. No, the features are not for guests.
