I'd like to see Ingame reporting as looking up the person takes away time. Or forgetting the persons user name when they leave.

This exists. Hit Escape (or click the Menu-button) -> Report Abuse -> Choose Reason, find the player in the dropdown-menu (if player is still in game) -> Describe situation -> Send Report

I don't really understand what your saying but what I'm guessing: the server should remember the names of RECENT players as well as current ones? Support.
