Spent half my day getting rid of a trojan virus

i had some kind of trojan where any time i opened something, it took me to this full screen saying the US gov locked my cpu for having child P0pcoRN. it said they would unlock my computer if i gave 100 dollars thru some online money software or whatever and i burst out laughing. i got rid of the virus but now i have this annoying yellow tint on my screen that i have no idea how to get rid of.
