Yeah I can't play it at all. I am able to go on through the windows store app but I don't WANT to, I want to use the browser version

Sorry to bump a thread that wasn't replied for almost 5 years, but I would like to mention that if you remove the registries for ROBLOX using RegEdit on windows, ROBLOX should install properly.

I'm starting to get so mad! This problem happened last year! I played for a long time than it stopped working, after a few days it worked again for some reason. A few months ago this year, it stopped working and is still not working now! I keep going on and the Roblox launcher upgrades, but than freezes at the please wait screen! It's not stuck at con figuring because it won't even get there! What is going on?? Hold yourself together Roblox! How do i fix this?? I'm just so confused at this moment!!... And mad, don't forget mad!! Also i had to put a space in con and figuring for it not to be hastags. |

I just had the same problem. This worked for me. Uninstall Roblox. Go to your user profile's AppData\Local folder and delete the Roblox folder. Download the latest Roblox setup, right click on it and run as Administrator. To find your AppData folder, open File Explorer and browse to %AppData%. Alternatively for the latest version of Windows it can be found here: C:\Users\[User Account]\AppData Note: The AppData folder is hidden. Goodluck. |

Got a fix.
DO THIS:
Windows Key + R
Type regedit and hit enter
Click Okay
Press Ctrl+F
Type Roblox and hit Enter
Delete the files that contain Roblox in them
Keep doing Ctrl+F and deleting for about a minute or so, or at least until you get to files that have a bunch of gibberish.
Try to install Roblox or run it again.
Worked for me. |
