ok so its 2017 and my play button used to work since 2012 but now it wont work and it seems all past fixs have stopped fixing the problem pls help us out roblox

I just disabled my Virus Protection, AND IT WORKED!! That's all I did, hope this helps! I use Avast, I right click the avast in hidden icons, and clicked shield control, then I clicked disable for 1 hour. I then clicked "Run As Administrator" on the roblox player launcher, and it downloaded as usual.

I get stuck at every update to but now it is not working at all like ti won't fix itself I even uninstalled Roblox and it just gets stuck on configuring we I try to re instal it

Here is the easiest fix. Disable your antivirus. Install Roblox again. Enable your antivirus again. Magic

mine gets stuck at configuring roblox. after letting it sit for like 3 hours, it eventually works. (this is on my laptop. My desktop updates just fine)

I was trying to figure this problem out for 5 days. When I turned off the Anti-Virus AVG the game installed and booted up Phantom Forces in seconds like there was no problem. TURN OFF ALL ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS!!!!!!!

Turn off all anti-virus programs until the game installs and boots up. Then you can turn them back on.

its july 31 2017 i have had rob lox installed in 2016 and has been playing it ever since and now for some reason i will press play and it says configuring so i let do that and then its says press play to play so i do and it does the exact same thing so a try redownloading it but it still does that someone please help
