Hello, my fellow members. During the past few days, Three Star General wolfblaster299 and I have been working on roles of "Departments." We have decided to organize 5 of them. They include Head Department/Director of Foreign Clans, Improvement, Homeland Security, Discipline, and of course; Head in Command.

The following list will include detailed information on each department, and the leader of them.

[-★-]: Director of Foreign Clans: Three Star General Wolfblaster299
▬ This department deals with wars and alliances. The leader of this department has the responsibility to make sure that our allies are being treated well, as well as our wars running smoothly. The head of this department also communicates with other leaders, to form alliances and look for honorable wars.
[Requirements]: Must join all allied clans.
[-★-]: Director of Improvement: Three Star General Vobot41
▬ The head of this department has the responsibility to make sure everything in RIU is running smoothly. This head will do everything he can to make RIU a better unit. They can create threads for ideas, and take polls of what RIU likes and dislikes. This leader should take care of complaints, file complaints, report complaints, etc.
[Requirements]: Prove dedication to RIU, and be a trusted member.
[-★-]: Director of Homeland Security: Two Star General SAMURAI008
▬ The head of this department should set up daily patrols at our forts. They have the right to PM members if RIU is ever under a mass attack, or notices a spy on our property. This head has direct connection to the Commander of RIU, therefore always available for notifications.
[Requirements]: Be active, and always willing to obey orders.
[-★-]: Director of Discipline: Two Star General Killerkill29
▬ The head of this department should make sure all soldiers are being treated fairly. If a fellow member is mistreated, or mistreating, the head of this department should notice. The leader of this department has the responsibility to fix, or improve disciplinary actions if needed, and is required to have direct connection to the commanders and generals of RIU.
[Requirements]: Be active, attend trainings/raids/defenses often.

▬ The overseer of all Directors. Watches over to make sure no Director is out of place, doing what responsibility it is required to do, in a respectful matter. If in any case, the overseer notices a leader of one department is not doing their job, the Head Commander has full right to remove that Director and replace them with another person that he sees fit.

No, directors are picked by me, and the only need to replace them are if they are removed/resigned.

I'm not saying the HRs you placed were not suited, I just think that wolf would do a great job in the department of discipline, partly because he has a sense of which HRs aren't good, unlike some of the HRs who seem to have developed some sort of loose HR immunity rule, and the ones that don't seem to care.
When I say Immunity Rule, I don't mean they all got together and decided HRs are immune, I'm saying that they don't apply many of the rules to other HRs or themselves. |

Killer can hold a very strict training, Wolf is friendly and very intelligent, Wolf would be good for both departments, but for now this is how it is going to go.
