Freemodeled front page games. Good games that actually got an effort in creating are kicked to dust. Eh what do the mods and admins care? It makes the newbs happy. And the majority of Roblox doesn't know (and doesn't care) that they are freemodels because it's fun. Those people pay the admins money for BC. Crazyman32. Sure. But I bet he is pretty angry that jaredvaldez stole his PERILOUS SKIES game. A few are on the front page because of their great work. The rest are freemodelers. I just don't like how it's so easy to make a great game because the people who actually took time to learn Lua will be in competition with someone who doesn't have the slightest clue of what a programming language is. Can we address the jaredvaldez issue?

@camey25, there is nothing wrong with free models for your games. In fact that's the whole point of free models, so that other people can use them or improve them. I took 20 minutes of my time today and played the front page games. They were fun. Maybe not a hardcore gamer would look for but doesn't mean they weren't fun. As a player, I don't care if its made of free models. The author made a fun game that I can play with my friends. And that's what counts. Whining about the community's interests is a terrible idea. ~Sorcus

@sorcus Im glad you realize the purpose of free models too. Since im only a novice scripter, I rely on others scripts to make games, nothing bad about free models.

^ But is that a problem? ROBLOX audience are predominantly social and casual. Making hardcore games on this platform by default is going to work against you since your intended audience is but a small piece of the larger pie. Of course you won't make it to the front page often. Maybe never. But if you have quality and fun(imperative for any game) you will get a set amount of audience impressed and they will keep coming back for more. Apocalypse 3.3.1 comes to my mind. ~Sorcus
