A how bunch of you idiots don't know how to deal C&G. I'll show you how in a basic, non-spell checked 20 minute run down.
----[Grammar]----
There are times to use grammar and when not to. If you want to avoid becomming troll chouw I suggest reading this guide.
----[In case of trolls]----
1. You want to ID your troll, there is a varity of trolls, some are:
A. The grammarless troll
To deal with this you need to first notice the post count and the join date. If he has a date that was a week or before you want to retaliate with a troll comment as well. He's most likely a banned alt.
B. The grammar troll
These trolls are most likely are eductated a semi-new to C&G (Most C&G vets just use short and sweet troll comments). To counter these trolls you can either point out a invalid point they made with no grammar what so ever, or you can respond with a grammaticly correct sentance and probily end up in a long flame war.
C. The veteran troll
Some times you come across a person you don't want to **** with. These trolls are a examle of them. If they prove a invalid point using grammar just respond 'I respect your opinon and I hope you can do the same to mine'. If they use no grammar just respond with a idiotic message about yourself without grammar, this will break the hosilitaty.
D. The alt troll
You have no idea what so ever who they are, it's best to use grammar with these trolls due to the unknowm apperance.
----[Respect]----
Always respect all C&Gers until your troll radar goes off. It's best to not provoque anyone if you don't have to. This goes a far in the long run.
----[Flammers]----
Now just as trolls there are a number of flammers. There include:
A. The edjucted flammer
These people will probily prove a good point and you should respect thier opinon before activating your radar.
B. The immature, flame for flamming reason flammer
To ID this kind look at the post count and join date and body. If they have a 2.0 body, TBC, 24 post, and the join date is at the end of 2011 they are most likely under this group. They'll just flame using insults that a dirty minded 2 year old could think of.
----[Insults]----
This has to be one of the biggest things on C&G to master if not the biggest. Never use insults that a dirty minded 2 year old could think of (flammers, B). This insults will just be baiting yourself. You always want your insults to be clever and you want them to stun your opponent with hurtful, yet not to hurtful statements. Use grammar if you despise this person and want to hurt them verbiliy. Don't use grammar if you want to just kid around and make a joke.
----[How to read a person before you even have to post]----
1. Post count (Gotta make sure I keep that 'o', phew)
If they have less then a 500 post count they have no idea what they're doing (this is with the expection that they're alts). You can easyiliy use clever well thought of insults to destroy thier train of thought.
2. Join date
If the date is less then 2 weeks ago they're most likely a alt. Do not take them serious if they do not use grammar! They're baiting you. If it's 2008 try to take in account the other factors before posting.
3. Famous...?
It's never good to get on the wrong side of a famous person side, especially one that's favorited by the community. If you can't tell if they're search thier name and see the date length of the post they were mentioned in.
