Ok, so you know how when a person is banned, you can't view their profile? But what if they had a good game and now nobody knew how to find it because the creator was banned and nobody had saved a link to the game somewhere? That's just punishing everyone else because the creator of the good game did something stupid. So I think you should be able to view a banned person's profile, but it says somewhere on their profile "This user is banned." Unless of course, that user had an innapropriate game and then the mods could choose whether, when a person was banned, their places would show when they got banned.
