Trying going to the page its at. like instead of clicking play from your home page you click it on the actual page of the place. that helps for me :]

Wait a second. Didnt you say Kaspersky Anti Virus? Maybe theres a connection with that anti virus since i even have it and the same thing happens to me. Or maybe im wrong and it could be an actual problem with roblox. Is it the trial version?
