When i clicked on a game on roblox i clicked on play then it said: do you want to run or save this file. i pressed run then it bringed a new webpage i tryed doing the same thing on the new page and the same thing happened its anoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All yo uahve to do is redownload roblox and itll work that kept happening to me so thats wat i did and it works. When i say "redownload" i mean take it off your computer and then download it again.

to take roblox off your computer: click start > control panel, and look for a link that has to do with removing programs remove anything that has to do with roblox restart your computer for good luck to install roblox: go to roblox.com/install

I know a simple way. Worked for me. When my computer had the can't connect to game error, I switched to a computer and worked!! Robo, if you try this, this will solve your problems. It works for any problem occuring to your computer. Just switch to a different computer. Or otherwise it may be your online support on the firewall. Firewalls can block online support to any online game you can think of. IT may be one of those problems to get a solution out of. Allow ROBLOX to enter online and it may just work! 2 ways are: Switch computers, and allow ROBLOX to enter through online support.

It may be that there is pop-ups that your computer senses which your laptop/comp doesnt allow.
