In the continent of Iunrca, the people of the land have enjoyed a glorious peace. The humans resided in the dry west, known as the Domain of the People. The elvenfolk, known formally as the Runeborn, are known to live in the south, where magical essences in the rainforests are aplenty, and where the machinery of men nor dwarves reach to interrupt their peace, forged in wisdom, this land is called the Runic Dominion. The north, in the frozen lands, amid the icestorms, are the Dwarven Empire. The most technologically advanced of all the nations on Iuncra, the Dwarves are known to probably be the opposites of the tall Runeborn. Their mechanical affinity and their rough and blunt behavior is different, to the serene and magical Runeborn. To the east, however, are the unconquered lands of Aede, which is known to cover a mass portion of the eastern side of the land. Various Runeborn, Human, and Dwarven have settled border towns, chipping slightly into Aede.
Aede is known to be inhabited by Orcs. The reason noone can ever see Aede being a land to live in is the Orcs being the least developed of them all. No magical ability, and probably alot less intelligence than a Human. They live to kill, their natural strong bodies to drive their lifestyles of hunting and killing. This came for people to call the land of Aede the 'Bandit Nest.' Various thieves and assassins live in Aede, using it's Orcish bandits to drive off pursers. Recently, however, Aede has been known to have more activity inside, reported by Dwarven pilots, noting that the transportation into Aede has increased about two times than it was before. Spies have been sent it. Many were killed. Those that came back, though, usually reported the same information.
A cunning and ambitious necromancer, was using taking advantage of the Orc's stupidity, and reviving many of those killed in Aede. He has amassed an army of Orcs, undead, assassins, and thieves.
When the information became public, the necromancer, only known by his title, the 'Orc Savior,' has started to use his private army to surprise attack nations.
The Dwarven Empire is partly in ruins, with the Aede attack surprising the Dwarvens as it's first target. The Aede invaders are marching towards the Dwarven's capital.
The Humans, the closest to the Dwarvens, have managed to equal the numbers for the Dwarven surprise attack, by compensating about 60% of all the human's soldiers. The other 40% are on defensive positions, ready to defend the Domain of the People.
The Runic Dominion, has recieved the news late, due to it's isolation from technology. They are currently in a defensive position, but seeking the rulers of the Dwarven Empire and the Domain of the People to discuss the Runic Dominion's position in the war.
The hero? That is you. This is your story to tell, of war and survival. Whether you're an exceptional mercenary hired by the nations to fight, or a loyal knight of the nations, you decide:

The current technology ranks for each nation is as follows:
Runic Dominion: Devoid of any technology, but very experienced in the use of magic. Main attribute is Magic.
Dwarven Empire: Very technologically advanced, with steampunk planes and weaponry. The destruction of it's land, however, has left factories produced much less war-machines to counter the Aede invaders. Main attribute is Power.
Domain of the People: Equal. They still use bows and crossbows over guns, but their swordplay and minor magical abilities make them better close-up fighters than the Dwarves. Main attribute is Speed.
Aede: They currently use the salvaged and stolen Dwarf machines to further their war effort. Otherwise from taking things, they have no viable technology for war. Main attribute is Power.
