Simple Tool but HOW?

So I am new to tool building and the one I want to make is really simple or so I think. I want to make a tool that simply lays a few bricks named 'GameBrick' down in front of you. They are unAnchored bricks. How do I build this tool?

Nvm, I figured it out lol. It was easier than I thought. It wasnt a stamper tool i was looking for but that did help me figure out something else though lol.
