Stop breaking HopperBins

Allvof us scripters put a lot of work into making good tools through the use of hopperbins. Now, because of the recent updates, hopperbins were destroyed if they don't have certain things in them. Fix this now, or the quality of all games on Roblox will suffer tremendously, along with a lot of scripters leaving.

Explain how they will fix this, otherwise this suggestion isn't helpful.

They recently made an update requiring hopperbins to need to have handles in them to work. They need to undo that bit of the update.
