I think, to improve the privacy and terms of peoples models, there needs to be a setting so you can decide who you want to be able to take the model.. so people cant copyright stuff, and you can get your models safely without being taken by unauthorized people.

Do you mean make it so that people cannot take you models? If so, this is already in place, just don't check the box next to the "Make this a public model" option when you make the model/ -- Opinions are like armpits, everybody has them and they all stink.

i mean so like.. you can make it so people who you dont want to take your model and use cant take it.. a setting so you can make certain people be able to take it.

So like some one could only take a model if they were in a group? or something more like the Personal Server banned, visitor and member list? -- Opinions are like armpits, everybody has them and they all stink.
