If a user buys something from another user they can request a full refund. The owner of the asset the purchased can choose if they would like to give the refund. The owner of the asset can choose to give a refund even if the user didn't request the refund. The money comes out of the owners account, quite simple. Do you like this idea? Reply! NoUrMom
