Idea for spam reducing

So there woul be new moderators or some other people cheking the comments for scam and spam. When they find a message that's spam (which is not that hard), they somehow flag just one comment of that kind and then the admins make the message (or just a part of it) filtered. So if someone tries to copy and paste it, the comment never goes public (and the poster gets banned, maybe).

They should first get a warning, it says "are you sure you want to post this comment? You will be banned." Or something around that. "The candles are lit, the end is near!"
