Place co-ownership

This would allow a place owner to invite co-owners, and being able to split profits. There would be a control panel to edit privileges like editing the place, editing parts of it.

Couldn't you just make a rank called "Co-watevr" and give them all privileges you want to? I don't go to groups much so I'm not sure. "Can it protect you from T-T-THIS?!?!?!? SAMMICH!"
