How to stop ad copying.

What we do is, we make a database that stores every ad ever uploaded to ROBLOX, it will contain the ad and the maker. The maker will get a pass that they can use to bypass this, if they use it on another account. And basicly, if another person without said pass uploads ad they will get a warning/ban as it is plagiarism. Plagiarism isn't against the rules. People could abuse this, and bypass it easily by editing 1 pixel.
