"absinthe jelly" put some absinthe in a cup and sprinkle gelatin over it. Place the cup in a pot of hot water and stir until the gelatin dissolves Pour into a mold, and chill until set. Dip the mold in hot water, and invert to serve. Garnish with mint leaves
