We use PP (Promotion Points). They are awarded if someone does good in a training, defend, raid, or made an official place (approved by a HR or me). This is how much you need per rank:
Private: 1 PP
Private First Class: 3 PP
Corporal: 5 PP
Specialist: 10 PP
Lance Corporal: 20 PP
Sergeant: 25 PP
Lieutenant: 40 PP
Captain: 50 PP
Warrent Officer: 75 PP
Chief Officer: 100 PP
Major: 110 PP
Colonel: 125 PP
Brigader: 150 PP
Yes, PP will be awarded by staying for a full training, raid, or defend.
