LOL, I like how people over the internet are getting mad at me for liking a college because I'm from the area and my dad met my mom through her brother going to Penn State sharing a dorm. |

Sandusky was the only one that actually did the graping, therefore, he is pretty much the only one mainly at fault.
Now, Penn State is not bad (although I do like to call it P3d0 State :3)
I respect their fans, traditions, and all. |

I think that's district of Harrisburg I've never been there in which I can remember but in Philly their are little districts I was born in the university city district. |
