There should be a forum for trolls only. Trolls are around the forum and trolling people, why won't we give them a home? |

That will never end. Trolls will keep making alts and won't give up. New trolls will join ROBLOX etc, Now that is your conclusion of your idea.

Eventually, they get tired of creating new accounts.
You didn't take the idea to it's full conclusion. You stopped half way.
Your idea will not cause less "trolls", but will localize SOME of them, while more will continue to flood other forums. Meaning that will increase, rather than decrease, the number of "Trolls". Giving them a home simply makes them want to stay.
If we continue to report them and their alts; possibly even begin handing out permabans for repeat offenders; they will eventually stop.
