First off, before I begin, I am new to this sub-forum but I hope to join it and be welcomed! Also, if I propose this suggestion/idea wrong or it has been proposed many times before, I apologize before-hand; like I said, I haven't been to this sub-forum. My idea was that ROBLOX could find a way to make it so you do not have to have internet to build. So lets say that your internet was taken away because you can't afford it and you can't play ROBLOX at a public computer, then you could still build AND script offline and save it but you couldn't play games and/or get on the site. Also, the plus side for ROBLOX is they can make it a one-time pay situation, like Minecraft, where you buy the game and get it forever offline [BC is not included]. I decided to check the pros and cons of this idea. Pros: 1. More people without internet can build and experience ROBLOX 2. ROBLOX could make a bit of money, maybe making it cost $5-$15 dollars to play offline 3. ROBLOX would get more users playing. Cons: 1. The game would to play offline would cost $5-$15 at a one-time purchase for that account. 2. The users who played offline only couldn't experience builders club, the forum, and any other thing ROBLOX has to offer. 3. It could take awhile to create it for it to be compatible offline. Now, if you took the time to read this, which I hope you did, I'd like to hear your thoughts. Please post if you agree/disagree and why. Also, please, back you things up with LEGIT facts so I can take this into consideration. Thanks, A new S&I forum'er

I assumed you could, seeing as you could save your places to your computer.

I love this idea, considering the fact my internet loves to time-out on me all the time. I detest having to buying such a feature, but I'm not doubting it can work. It's a great suggestion and I think it can go far. Good luck. c: And welcome to S&I. c; Cheers, -Virtualdarks

@Dethugip You can't. ROBLOX runs online, dumbarse. Stop being so insensitive and inconsiderate of his new background. I also noticed you haven't even at 100 posts at this point. Nub. -Virtualdarks

Thank you guys for the support. @Virtual I'm guessing they could make it free but they might want a little revenue so I was thinking $5, a one-time pay, so they could make a bit of money for themselves as well as us getting the perks of build ANYWHERE, internet or none.

Well, this isn't the greatest time to see S&I. Though most threads end up falling down this path of ruin. Dethugip also seems slighty hypocritial at this point in time.

@EBStudio That's true. It's hard to release a neat feature for free. I don't know exactly how much they make so I can't say if they have enough money to make it free. I guess five dollars isn't too bad. Ironically, you would need internet to buy this. cx -Virtualdarks

This would be very good, but right now I don't think anyone can do this. Maybe some day we could. :D

Yes, but playing a ROBLOX game with other users while not connected to the internet is, as I have told you, impossible.

Explain how, for example, Sims 3 does it? You will NOT be playing with other ROBLOXians, their games, or anything online, just building and saving the game. That is it.

I support. However, if you're new, read the rules first. If you don't know if it's been suggested before, check the WNTS.

I support, as I'd love to play ROBLOX when on vacation on my laptop. I'd love to build a game to pass the time. It would be really enjoyable. Also, welcome to S&I, hope your reception here is good, as well as your ideas sir! ~I am not a Mythbuster. I am a LogicBuster.~
