Unlock NetworkServer and Terrain

Well, Some people are pissed why their shutdown scripts broke. For script builder, its a pain in the behind, but its scriptable to censor that. And i want to be able to actually regenerate the terrain (regen) and to make Timed Shutdown scripts in one of my places.

I agree that would be useful. However there are alternatives to shutting down a server. You could for instance just clear everything inside Workspace, Lighting and Players after a pre-set time limit was up.

To regenerate terrain, use Terrain:Clear(). To shut down a server, kick everyone out and don't let anyone else in.

Thoes both would still keep the server up, and take hours to close. and for the Terrain:clear(), Its locked. YOU CANT CLEAR.
