How come other people can talk but I can't?

On roblox mobile I see other people chatting but I can't seem to find the chat bar at the bottom. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or if I'm doing something wrong. Leave a reply thx.

Other people may be talking because they're computer users, the possible reason why you can't, and i can't is because the chat feature may have caused crashes for some people, but don't worry they'll bring it back.

Thx MLP. I was confused but get it now. Someone said that they removed for a bit because of an issue. Thats why others could chat but not me.

It's because they're on a Laptop. iPad chat was out the first days until it needed fixed. In the update where ALL Games are out, this is bound to fix LOADS of bugs. And chat will be back. So go back to the sofa, and take the chill pills. :3 Before you implode into a plankton.
