what you do is you click on the spawnpoint then look at the properties of it. Scroll down under properties until you find change on touch. Well put a check in that box. Also make sure that you make your first cp autoassignable and only cp 1. If you make the others autoasignable itll mess the obby up. People will be spawning at any of the spawn points. So just make sure that only cp 1 is auto assignable.
