I have noticed that the gear that looks high-tech is the gear that sells more. This is with hats too. Hats that aren't just created as an inside joke (in the ROBLOX office, I know it has happened at least once) are the hats that people will want because it looks cool or is of the sort of thing they would like. I think ROBLOX may be forgetting that there is still a younger child demographic , and I have noticed there are not enough things that would be considered cute, childish, or whimsical. I hope this will be taken into consideration as it will benefit ROBLOX in the profit area.

Specificity is better than generalizations.

People find modern, sleek, or futuristic things to be more valuable. They also find this in shiny or chrome objects. The futuristic hats are shiny and have a chrome feel to them, which is why they're popular. They're also easier to make since they are more than likely symmetrical and straight lines. People find it good looking and think it looks expensive, which is why they buy it. Sorry, had to explain that. Anyways, they could start making more of these, because of this. A good way to recieve more income.

Okay I will be more specific: Take ideas from the hot new things like Halo and COD: Black Ops 2 or other things that these kids like, and turn those into gears and hats and such. Don't plagiarize, just make it so that it looks similar. I am talking about space aliens, futuristic astronauts, lazer guns, bionic suits of armor (possible package idea!). For the younger demographic, I see what my nieces and nephews play with. They like animals and dinosaurs dearly. If you were to make animal hats in the likeness of cute, fluffy lion heads and adorable panda bears I am sure they would sell well with them. A cute T-Rex. Key word: cute. My nieces and nephews simply adore cute things. At their age, I believe a toy is a toy. My nephew plays with dolls quite often and even gives them stories and little lives. He often dramatizes their experiences in hilarious stories that made me laugh due to their irrationality. Give them something they can do that with- A dinosaur mask with a unique marking on it that makes them wonder where it came from and how they got it. Stay away from violent depictions of our prehistoric friends- children may not act scared, but they are disturbed by this on a psychological level, meaning they will likely not buy it.
